  习近平总书记曾多次(ci)做出重(zhong)要(yao)指示,强调新(xin)时代(dai)要(yao)坚持“五(wu)育(yu)(yu)(yu)并举(ju)”的(de)(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)目标,构(gou)建德智(zhi)体美劳全(quan)面培养(yang)的(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)体系,劳动(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)是“五(wu)育(yu)(yu)(yu)并举(ju)”育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)目标中(zhong)(zhong)非(fei)常重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)环节。中(zhong)(zhong)共(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)央国务院在2020年3月发布的(de)(de)《关于全(quan)面加强新(xin)时代(dai)大中(zhong)(zhong)小学劳动(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)意(yi)见》中(zhong)(zhong)提到,劳动(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)是中(zhong)(zhong)国特色(se)社会主义教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)制度(du)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)内容,直(zhi)接决(jue)定(ding)社会主义建设(she)者和(he)接班人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)劳动(dong)(dong)精(jing)神面貌(mao)、劳动(dong)(dong)价值取向和(he)劳动(dong)(dong)技能水(shui)平。要(yao)把劳动(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)纳(na)入人(ren)(ren)才培养(yang)全(quan)过(guo)程,贯穿家庭(ting)、学校、社会各方面,与德育(yu)(yu)(yu)、智(zhi)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、体育(yu)(yu)(yu)、美育(yu)(yu)(yu)相融合,积极探索具(ju)有中(zhong)(zhong)国特色(se)的(de)(de)劳动(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)模式。

  为全面贯彻落实习近平总书记的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)指示及党和国家的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)方针,坚持“五(wu)育(yu)”并举的(de)(de)育(yu)人目标(biao),青岛(dao)一中结合自身实际情况,贯彻把握(wo)育(yu)人导向、遵循教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)规(gui)律、体现时代特征、强(qiang)化(hua)综(zong)合实施、坚持因地制宜五(wu)项原则,对劳动(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)实施策(ce)略和开展(zhan)方式进行了探索并取得(de)了一定成果(guo)。学校获评“青岛(dao)市首批劳动(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)实验学校”,在(zai)青岛(dao)市首届劳动(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)成果(guo)展(zhan)评中获得(de)“优秀组(zu)织(zhi)单(dan)位”称(cheng)号。

  学(xue)校(xiao)确定(ding)了劳(lao)动(dong)教(jiao)育校(xiao)长负责制,校(xiao)长、分管副校(xiao)长带领全校(xiao)开展(zhan)劳(lao)动(dong)教(jiao)育顶(ding)层设计(ji)、规划(hua)扩展(zhan)劳(lao)动(dong)课程、拓(tuo)展(zhan)劳(lao)动(dong)教(jiao)育途(tu)径,统筹学(xue)校(xiao)教(jiao)育、家(jia)庭教(jiao)育、社(she)(she)会实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)教(jiao)育等诸多教(jiao)育要素(su),形成(cheng)以“劳(lao)动(dong)课程为(wei)(wei)主、多学(xue)科参与(yu)为(wei)(wei)辅、家(jia)庭教(jiao)育渗(shen)透、社(she)(she)会实(shi)(shi)践(jian)(jian)拓(tuo)展(zhan)”的劳(lao)动(dong)育人模式。

  学校(xiao)注重劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育的基础性作(zuo)用,将品德教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育、习(xi)惯教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育、美育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育、体质(zhi)(zhi)提高(gao)等方面与劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育相紧密结(jie)合,以劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育为抓手(shou),通过劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育提高(gao)学生(sheng)品德意识(shi)、促(cu)进学生(sheng)体质(zhi)(zhi)发(fa)展(zhan)、开(kai)拓学生(sheng)视野眼界(jie)、提升学生(sheng)创新(xin)能力,进而促(cu)进学生(sheng)综合素质(zhi)(zhi)全面发(fa)展(zhan)。学校(xiao)劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育主要做法总(zong)结(jie)如下:

  1、劳(lao)动教育定目(mu)标,劳(lao)动课程重落(luo)实

  根据国家颁布的劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)课程(cheng)标准和(he)目(mu)标,确定(ding)了学(xue)校的劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)目(mu)标,就是培养(yang)劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)光荣的价(jia)值(zhi)观,培养(yang)吃苦耐(nai)劳(lao)艰苦奋斗的劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)品质(zhi),培养(yang)必备的劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)技能,培养(yang)勤勉的劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)习惯(guan)。学(xue)校的一切劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教育(yu)实(shi)施办法都(dou)围绕这个目(mu)标,各有侧(ce)重的有效(xiao)推展。

  劳(lao)(lao)(lao)动(dong)课(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)开(kai)展中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)注(zhu)重与技(ji)术(shu)学(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)融(rong)(rong)合(he),借助通用技(ji)术(shu)课(ke)(ke)(ke)与校本(ben)课(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng),利用课(ke)(ke)(ke)堂主(zhu)渠道(dao)开(kai)展劳(lao)(lao)(lao)动(dong)教育。指导(dao)学(xue)(xue)生开(kai)展无碳(tan)小车设(she)(she)计(ji)(ji)制作(zuo)、台(tai)灯设(she)(she)计(ji)(ji)、桥梁设(she)(she)计(ji)(ji)与笔筒制作(zuo)等(deng)众多(duo)充满创(chuang)意的活(huo)动(dong)。本(ben)年度山东省第36届(jie)青少(shao)年科(ke)(ke)技(ji)创(chuang)新大赛中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)任乐奕(yi)和安邦(bang)同(tong)学(xue)(xue)的作(zuo)品获得(de)一等(deng)奖(jiang),杨以恒的作(zuo)品获得(de)三等(deng)奖(jiang),全国第38届(jie)头脑奥林(lin)匹(pi)克竞赛中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)获得(de)大赛三等(deng)奖(jiang),青岛(dao)市(shi)第十二(er)(er)届(jie)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)生科(ke)(ke)技(ji)节上(shang)郝昱博(bo)获得(de)二(er)(er)等(deng)奖(jiang),青岛(dao)市(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)小学(xue)(xue)研究性学(xue)(xue)习优秀成(cheng)果评比(bi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)获得(de)一等(deng)奖(jiang)两项(xiang)二(er)(er)等(deng)奖(jiang)一项(xiang)。在历届(jie)青岛(dao)市(shi)青少(shao)年科(ke)(ke)技(ji)创(chuang)新活(huo)动(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),都取得(de)不俗成(cheng)绩(ji),这是劳(lao)(lao)(lao)动(dong)与技(ji)术(shu)、创(chuang)新良好融(rong)(rong)合(he)结出的硕果。

  2、家校社三(san)结合(he),劳动教育见真(zhen)章

  在“家(jia)校合作(zuo),共育(yu)英才”思想指导下(xia),构建(jian)了三(san)位一体(ti)的(de)育(yu)人模式,学校、家(jia)庭、社会三(san)方面紧密配合,充分发掘校内(nei)外劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)(dong)教育(yu)资源,形成合力推动(dong)(dong)学生素质全(quan)面提高(gao)。学校在节假日布置相(xiang)关主题的(de)“家(jia)庭劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)(dong)作(zuo)业(ye)”,通过家(jia)校合作(zuo)多种(zhong)渠道(dao),共同促使孩(hai)子在体(ti)验优秀(xiu)传统文(wen)化、爱(ai)国主义等思想的(de)同时开展力所能及(ji)的(de)劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)(dong),学会感恩,学会担当。

  学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)先(xian)后(hou)与(yu)交运集(ji)团(tuan)、明(ming)月海藻集(ji)团(tuan)、青(qing)岛商务(wu)学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)等(deng)(deng)开展合作,积极(ji)(ji)利用(yong)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)际合作、社会(hui)实践基地等(deng)(deng)多种社会(hui)资源,鼓励学(xue)(xue)(xue)生积极(ji)(ji)参与(yu)社会(hui)劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)实践,培养劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)技能和(he)劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)意识(shi)(shi)。借助学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)“全国首批(pi)中(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)生志愿(yuan)服(fu)务(wu)示(shi)范学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)”的引领示(shi)范作用(yong),积极(ji)(ji)组织开展志愿(yuan)服(fu)务(wu)活(huo)动(dong)(dong),将劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)教育(yu)与(yu)志愿(yuan)服(fu)务(wu)相结合,在志愿(yuan)服(fu)务(wu)中(zhong)培养劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)服(fu)务(wu)意识(shi)(shi)和(he)劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)责任感,促使学(xue)(xue)(xue)生成(cheng)长为(wei)从小热(re)爱劳(lao)动(dong)(dong)、志愿(yuan)回馈社会(hui)的社会(hui)主(zhu)义建设者与(yu)接班人。

  3、开拓(tuo)劳动平台,厚(hou)植(zhi)劳动情怀

  坚持学生值周制度,指导学生参与对学校的日常清扫和维护中,保证所有学生在校期间都能够在值周活动中开展劳动,培养劳动意识。坚持让学生负责教室、教学楼和宿舍的卫生清扫,坚持班级卫生区承包制,让学生养成每日劳动的好习惯,养成尊重劳动、崇尚劳动的优良品质。为保证劳动的质量,卫生室老师指导由学生组成的卫生部,对各班教室和卫生区进行检查,学生公寓老师对学生宿舍进行卫生检查,成绩记入班级量化综合评定,用制度推动劳动的广泛开展。学校坚持学农活动,让学生在体验农业生产的同时养成良好的劳动品质。
‎ 四、践(jian)行“十(shi)个一”,提高劳动素(su)养

  紧紧围绕青岛市“十个一(yi)”项目行动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)计划,指导学(xue)生(sheng)每周至少参加一(yi)次学(xue)校、家庭或(huo)自己选择的(de)劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)活动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),结合学(xue)校实际情况设置校内义务劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)岗,创造条件与社区、企业等合作开展社会实践(jian)等贯彻(che)劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),鼓励家长安排学(xue)生(sheng)参与家务劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),填(tian)写青岛一(yi)中《 “践(jian)行十个一(yi),追逐(zhu)梦想的(de)光”评(ping)价记录手册》,用评(ping)价推动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)日常化开展,强化学(xue)生(sheng)劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)意(yi)识,提升生(sheng)存发展需要的(de)基(ji)本劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)力,形成热爱劳(lao)(lao)动(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)良好习(xi)惯(guan)。
