落实“三述”常态化,协同发展促提高

——青岛一中党委举行支部委员例会暨协同“三述”主题学习会

为认真贯彻落实市委组织部关于《青岛市党支部述理论、述政策、述典型规范》的通知要求,切实有效建立学校“三述”常态化、制度化、规范化工作机制,提高一中党务工作者协同性与业务能力,5月27日下午,青岛一中党委以“协同‘三述’”为主题循例召开党支部委员例会。全体党支部委员与会,校党委书记刘丽主持了专题会。

首先(xian),刘书记(ji)从什(shen)么是“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”、为什(shen)么“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”以及如何“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”三(san)个方面,系统全面阐明(ming)“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”的(de)理论(lun)内(nei)涵、重要(yao)意(yi)义及方法原则、要(yao)求流程等。刘书记(ji)指出(chu),“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”是加强党的(de)建设、打造“三(san)化一型”高素质(zhi)党员,提升思(si)想方法、改进工作方法的(de)有力(li)抓(zhua)手。要(yao)通过“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”的(de)开展(zhan),凝心聚力(li)谋发展(zhan),共克时(shi)艰(jian)渡难(nan)关(guan),立足岗位做贡(gong)献,立志将(jiang)青岛(dao)一中(zhong)打造成青岛(dao)普高教育教学(xue)的(de)一张名片。

接着,刘书记详细阐(chan)述(shu)了“三述(shu)”中(zhong)的(de)协(xie)同(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理理论(lun),她(ta)指出系统内各部(bu)门(men)若能(neng)有(you)效(xiao)沟通、协(xie)同(tong)(tong)有(you)序,多种力量就(jiu)能(neng)汇聚(ju)成总体力量,最终使(shi)人(ren)人(ren)获益,整体加强,共(gong)同(tong)(tong)发展(zhan)。她(ta)鼓励党务(wu)工作(zuo)者“三有(you)”“三提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)”:要有(you)协(xie)同(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理的(de)意识(shi)、能(neng)力、效(xiao)能(neng),提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)对协(xie)同(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理的(de)理解认识(shi),提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)自己协(xie)同(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理的(de)能(neng)力水平,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)工作(zuo)中(zhong)协(xie)同(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理的(de)效(xiao)能(neng)业绩。

随后,刘书记结(jie)合青(qing)岛(dao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)疫情防控常(chang)态(tai)化、教育教学精(jing)(jing)细化的实(shi)际,确(que)定(ding)了青(qing)岛(dao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)落(luo)实(shi)“三(san)述(shu)(shu)(shu)”的模式(shi)和途(tu)径。要坚(jian)持“一(yi)(yi)(yi)二三(san)四五(wu)(wu)”模式(shi),即一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),两(liang)个(ge)层(ceng)面,三(san)个(ge)结(jie)合,四个(ge)导向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),五(wu)(wu)项活(huo)动。以教育教学为(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),党(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委和党(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)两(liang)个(ge)层(ceng)面,组织(zhi)和个(ge)人(ren)两(liang)个(ge)层(ceng)面,党(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)把(ba)“三(san)述(shu)(shu)(shu)”作(zuo)为(wei)(wei)培(pei)育先进、教育党(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)员、展现党(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)员先锋风采的平台,党(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委把(ba)“三(san)述(shu)(shu)(shu)”作(zuo)为(wei)(wei)提(ti)升(sheng)素(su)养、担(dan)当(dang)作(zuo)为(wei)(wei)、培(pei)养干(gan)部(bu)的平台;立足党(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)政结(jie)合、述(shu)(shu)(shu)做结(jie)合、点面结(jie)合三(san)个(ge)结(jie)合,从工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)上(shang)(shang)找(zhao)问题,党(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)建上(shang)(shang)找(zhao)原因;坚(jian)持政治(zhi)导向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、问题导向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、结(jie)果导向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)和效益导向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)四个(ge)导向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),找(zhao)准穴位(wei),做到精(jing)(jing)准滴灌(guan),用(yong)自身(shen)硬来检验打铁的效果;同(tong)时(shi)将“学、述(shu)(shu)(shu)、争、讲、评”五(wu)(wu)项活(huo)动常(chang)态(tai)化。同(tong)时(shi)利用(yong)主题党(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)日与(yu)三(san)会一(yi)(yi)(yi)课的途(tu)径,在日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)改造工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方法,规范“三(san)述(shu)(shu)(shu)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)机制,切(qie)实(shi)落(luo)实(shi)“三(san)述(shu)(shu)(shu)”,提(ti)高工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)水平。一(yi)(yi)(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)党(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)务工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)者认真聆听,详细记录,仔细学习,用(yong)心(xin)揣摩,获益良(liang)多。

最后(hou),刘书记(ji)结合(he)教育(yu)教学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)实际提了“四个到(dao)位”的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。一是(shi)认识(shi)到(dao)位,全体党(dang)员、各党(dang)支(zhi)部要(yao)把(ba)握“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”精(jing)(jing)神(shen)实质,把(ba)破解(jie)阻(zu)碍提高(gao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)教育(yu)教学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)质量(liang)的(de)难点(dian)(dian)、痛点(dian)(dian)、赌(du)点(dian)(dian)作(zuo)为“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”的(de)出(chu)发点(dian)(dian)和落脚点(dian)(dian),精(jing)(jing)心谋划(hua);二(er)是(shi)措施到(dao)位,坚持问题导向,利用钥(yao)匙(chi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)法,找准穴位精(jing)(jing)准施策;三(san)是(shi)联动(dong)(dong)到(dao)位,学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)党(dang)委(wei)和各党(dang)支(zhi)部上下联动(dong)(dong),党(dang)政(zheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)联动(dong)(dong),依托理论中(zhong)心组、教研活(huo)动(dong)(dong)、质量(liang)分析会等学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)重点(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)协同联动(dong)(dong),创造性(xing)、灵活(huo)性(xing)地开展“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”;四是(shi)落实到(dao)位,结合(he)当前形势和本(ben)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)期学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)重点(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),结合(he)疫情防(fang)控常(chang)态化等,把(ba)“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”当做武器(qi)来提升思想境界,提振工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)热情,提高(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)能力,优化工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方(fang)法,增强工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)效率(lv)。同心同向同力,协同协调协作(zuo),为青(qing)岛一中(zhong)的(de)再发展,为青(qing)岛教育(yu)的(de)再发展做出(chu)个人(ren)贡献(xian)(xian),奉献(xian)(xian)一中(zhong)智慧(hui)!
