落实“三述”常态化,协同发展促提高

——青岛一中党委举行支部委员例会暨协同“三述”主题学习会

为认真贯彻落实市委组织部关于《青岛市党支部述理论、述政策、述典型规范》的通知要求,切实有效建立学校“三述”常态化、制度化、规范化工作机制,提高一中党务工作者协同性与业务能力,5月27日下午,青岛一中党委以“协同‘三述’”为主题循例召开党支部委员例会。全体党支部委员与会,校党委书记刘丽主持了专题会。

首(shou)先(xian),刘(liu)书记从什(shen)么是“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”、为(wei)什(shen)么“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”以及如何“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”三(san)个方面,系统(tong)全面阐明“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”的(de)理论内(nei)涵、重要(yao)意义(yi)及方法原则、要(yao)求(qiu)流(liu)程等。刘(liu)书记指出,“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”是加强党的(de)建设、打造(zao)“三(san)化一(yi)型”高素质(zhi)党员,提升思(si)想(xiang)方法、改(gai)进(jin)工作(zuo)方法的(de)有力抓手。要(yao)通过“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”的(de)开展,凝心(xin)聚(ju)力谋发展,共克时艰渡难关,立足岗位做贡献,立志(zhi)将青岛一(yi)中打造(zao)成青岛普高教育教学的(de)一(yi)张名片。

接(jie)着,刘书记详(xiang)细阐述(shu)了“三(san)述(shu)”中的(de)协(xie)同(tong)(tong)管(guan)理(li)(li)理(li)(li)论,她指出系统内各部门若能(neng)(neng)有效(xiao)(xiao)沟(gou)通、协(xie)同(tong)(tong)有序,多(duo)种力量就能(neng)(neng)汇(hui)聚成总体(ti)力量,最终使人(ren)人(ren)获益,整体(ti)加强,共(gong)同(tong)(tong)发(fa)展。她鼓励(li)党务(wu)工(gong)作者“三(san)有”“三(san)提高(gao)”:要有协(xie)同(tong)(tong)管(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)意识、能(neng)(neng)力、效(xiao)(xiao)能(neng)(neng),提高(gao)对协(xie)同(tong)(tong)管(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)理(li)(li)解认识,提高(gao)自(zi)己协(xie)同(tong)(tong)管(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)能(neng)(neng)力水平(ping),提高(gao)工(gong)作中协(xie)同(tong)(tong)管(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)效(xiao)(xiao)能(neng)(neng)业绩(ji)。

随后,刘书记(ji)结(jie)合(he)青(qing)岛(dao)一(yi)中疫情防控常(chang)态(tai)化、教育(yu)教学精(jing)细(xi)化的实(shi)(shi)际,确定了(le)青(qing)岛(dao)一(yi)中落(luo)实(shi)(shi)“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”的模式和途(tu)径。要坚(jian)持(chi)“一(yi)二(er)三(san)四五”模式,即(ji)一(yi)个(ge)(ge)中心(xin),两(liang)个(ge)(ge)层面,三(san)个(ge)(ge)结(jie)合(he),四个(ge)(ge)导(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),五项(xiang)活动。以(yi)教育(yu)教学为中心(xin),党(dang)委和党(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)两(liang)个(ge)(ge)层面,组织和个(ge)(ge)人两(liang)个(ge)(ge)层面,党(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)把“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”作(zuo)为培育(yu)先进、教育(yu)党(dang)员、展现(xian)党(dang)员先锋风采的平台,党(dang)委把“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”作(zuo)为提升素养、担(dan)当作(zuo)为、培养干部(bu)(bu)的平台;立足党(dang)政结(jie)合(he)、述(shu)(shu)做(zuo)结(jie)合(he)、点面结(jie)合(he)三(san)个(ge)(ge)结(jie)合(he),从(cong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)上(shang)找问题,党(dang)建上(shang)找原因(yin);坚(jian)持(chi)政治(zhi)导(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、问题导(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、结(jie)果(guo)导(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)和效益导(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)四个(ge)(ge)导(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),找准穴位,做(zuo)到精(jing)准滴灌,用(yong)自(zi)身硬来(lai)检验(yan)打(da)铁的效果(guo);同(tong)时将“学、述(shu)(shu)、争、讲、评”五项(xiang)活动常(chang)态(tai)化。同(tong)时利用(yong)主题党(dang)日与三(san)会(hui)一(yi)课的途(tu)径,在日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中改造工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方法,规范“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)机制,切实(shi)(shi)落(luo)实(shi)(shi)“三(san)述(shu)(shu)”,提高工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)水(shui)平。一(yi)中党(dang)务工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)者认真聆听,详细(xi)记(ji)录,仔细(xi)学习(xi),用(yong)心(xin)揣(chuai)摩,获(huo)益良多。

最后,刘书记结(jie)(jie)合教育教学(xue)实(shi)(shi)(shi)际(ji)提(ti)(ti)(ti)了“四个到(dao)(dao)位(wei)”的(de)(de)要求。一是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)认识到(dao)(dao)位(wei),全体党(dang)员、各(ge)党(dang)支部(bu)要把(ba)握(wo)“三(san)(san)述”精神实(shi)(shi)(shi)质(zhi)(zhi),把(ba)破解阻碍提(ti)(ti)(ti)高学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)教育教学(xue)质(zhi)(zhi)量的(de)(de)难点(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、痛点(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、赌点(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)为(wei)“三(san)(san)述”的(de)(de)出发(fa)点(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)落脚点(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),精心(xin)谋划;二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)措(cuo)施到(dao)(dao)位(wei),坚持(chi)问题导向,利用钥匙工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)法,找准穴位(wei)精准施策(ce);三(san)(san)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)联(lian)动(dong)到(dao)(dao)位(wei),学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)党(dang)委(wei)和(he)各(ge)党(dang)支部(bu)上(shang)下联(lian)动(dong),党(dang)政工(gong)(gong)(gong)联(lian)动(dong),依托理论(lun)中心(xin)组、教研活(huo)动(dong)、质(zhi)(zhi)量分析会等学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)重(zhong)点(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)协同(tong)联(lian)动(dong),创造性(xing)、灵活(huo)性(xing)地(di)开展“三(san)(san)述”;四是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)落实(shi)(shi)(shi)到(dao)(dao)位(wei),结(jie)(jie)合当(dang)前形势和(he)本(ben)学(xue)期学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)重(zhong)点(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),结(jie)(jie)合疫情防控(kong)常(chang)态化(hua)等,把(ba)“三(san)(san)述”当(dang)做武器来提(ti)(ti)(ti)升思想(xiang)境(jing)界,提(ti)(ti)(ti)振工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)热情,提(ti)(ti)(ti)高工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)能力,优(you)化(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)方法,增(zeng)强工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)效率。同(tong)心(xin)同(tong)向同(tong)力,协同(tong)协调协作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),为(wei)青(qing)岛(dao)一中的(de)(de)再发(fa)展,为(wei)青(qing)岛(dao)教育的(de)(de)再发(fa)展做出个人贡献,奉(feng)献一中智慧!
